Preparation is essential when selling a home. To begin, I start every relationship with a thorough market analysis to fully understand my client’s goals. Prior to any home going on the market, my team of experts make sure the property’s best features are highlighted through complimentary staging, accurate floor plans, and professional photography.
Once a property is listed, I employ a customized marketing strategy targeting potential buyers and the brokers that represent them. Throughout the process, I am in touch with my clients on a regular basis with updates, feedback and advice. Many of the homes I sell were unsuccessfully listed by other brokers--my clients know I don’t stop until the work is done.
Buying a home requires its own level of preparation. I believe when the home buying process is efficient, it is enjoyable. Preparedness may mean an introduction to my lender, exploring specific neighborhoods, or a referral to a Chicago Public Schools expert. No stone is left unturned as I take the time to make sure my buyers are educated and confident.
