Staging: Many sellers overlook their closets, cabinets and garage when staging their home. Make sure the floor in closets is clear, cabinets look spacious, and the garage is free of clutter. Buyers like to see it all, and "stuff" makes spaces appear small.
Open Houses and Showings: Part of selling a home quickly is making sure it is accessible. Together we will develop an appropriate time table for open houses and showings.
Offers: There are a number of factors to consider when reviewing offers, including the buyer's financing, proposed closing date, and contingencies. I thoroughly review all aspects of an offer with all my sellers.

Preparation is essential when selling a home. To begin, I start every relationship with a thorough market analysis to fully understand my client’s goals. Prior to any home going on the market, my team of experts make sure the property’s best features are highlighted through complimentary staging, accurate floor plans, and professional photography.
Once a property is listed, I employ a customized marketing strategy targeting potential buyers and the brokers that represent them. Throughout the process, I am in touch with my clients on a regular basis with updates, feedback and advice.
Next, I host open houses and attend showings until we go under contract. I don't over extend myself with listings so that I can personally host as many open houses and showings as possible. I firmly believe that no one can sell my listings faster than I can.
I believe that my job has only just started once we receive an offer. Together, we discuss each offer's merits, refresh on market value, and contact lenders for more information if necessary. I coordinate the entire process, from inspections to meeting contract deadlines. I become your platoon sergeant, ensuring all of the "troops" involved in your home's sale stay on point and complete their tasks in a timely manner, just like I used to do as a unit leader in the Marine Corps.
